Massachusetts Waste Systems provides the personalized service that you won’t find with the larger national companies. We strive continually to develop new and innovative means to save costs for our customers and to provide exceptional customer service. You are assured direct access to our customer service and sales departments with no voicemail or answering machines for calls placed between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

We utilize Front-end containers because of their versatility and ease of loading. This type of container, which comes in a variety of sizes, provides an additional margin of safety by not backing onto a container.

Compactors

We also provide compactors for those customers with larger disposal needs.  This system is a much cleaner, safer and economical alternative to an open top Roll-Off container because its contents are not exposed to the elements.  For this reason, many customers with larger disposal needs choose this system.
